4. Email Processing via Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for email communication. When you contact us, your message and contact details are processed on Google servers. Google may transfer data to the United States. 5. Hosting

This website is hosted by Lovable (lovable.dev). The hosting provider may process technical access data such as IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps for security and operational purposes, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation). Server infrastructure may be located in the United States. Data transfers are safeguarded under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained only as long as necessary to process your enquiry and for any subsequent contractual relationship. Data that is no longer required is deleted in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
